About Samuel Wieder | AIA, NCARB – Principal Architect
Samuel received his Bachelor’s of Architectural Technology from NYCCT and Master’s of Architecture from AAU, and is licensed to practice in New York state. Samuel worked at various firm in the Five Boroughs specializing in multi-family construction before founding his eponymous firm in 2017. As principal architect, Samuel has steered over a hundred projects to success in the New York City metropolitan area in just three short years. In every project, Samuel strives to maximize client return on investment with his extensive knowledge of NYC Zoning and Building Code while maintaining clean, efficient and beautiful design.
